目的通过对一起急性氰化氢(HCN)中毒的调查分析,找出中毒原因,提出改进措施,避免类似事件的发生。方法采用现场卫生学调查、实验室检测和临床病例等综合分析方法。结果 18名接毒作业工人中7人出现中毒症状,主要原因是工艺过程使用不合格的保护碱,且作业车间通风不畅导致HCN严重超标。结论该起为在一定时间内接触高浓度HCN所引起的亚急性HCN中毒事件,应加强生产原料使用控制和采用通风排毒设施的配置。
Objective To investigate the causes of poisoning by analyzing a case of acute hydrogen cyanide (HCN) poisoning and to propose improvement measures to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods The methods of on-site hygiene investigation, laboratory tests and clinical cases were used. Results Of the 18 poisoned workers, 7 showed symptoms of poisoning. The main reason was unqualified protective caustic used in the process and the HCN was seriously over-standard due to poor ventilation in the workshop. Conclusion This is the subacute HCN poisoning caused by exposure to high concentrations of HCN within a certain period of time. It is necessary to strengthen the control over the use of raw materials and the deployment of ventilation and detoxification facilities.
