概述小四轮拖拉机由于结构简单,价格低,近几年来农村实行生产责任制及承包政策的落实,调动了广大农民的极极性,仅从1982～1984年,小拖拉机产量由18.7万台增到64.2万台。小型拖拉机对农业生产以及运输工作起了极极作用。但小拖拉机由于采用了人力起动,普遍存在低温时起动困难,甚至无法人力起动,影响了拖拉机使用效率。农民专业户为了避免因时间损失而造成经济损失,往往采取停车空转发动机。这种低速空转使柴油机在不利条件下工作,造成积炭和机件早期磨损。而且在我国目前能源短缺情况下,大量的燃料浪费掉。根据上述分析,本文提出一种适用小型拖拉机的液压起动装置,代替目前人力起动。
