在BMX小轮车竞速项目的比赛中,运动员在出发后所抢占位置的好坏直接影响到运动员的名次和成绩,而正确的运用起动技术又是运动员能否抢得较理想位置的前提。本文通过对自行车队BMX小轮车竞速项目的运动员,在平时的训练和比赛中的各种体会加以总结、分析,并在平时的训练和比赛录制的现场录像回放进行分段演示与相互结合的方法,使运动员直观地了解在起动时运用技术中的不足,以及起动技术的重要性,以便更好地在BMX小轮车竞速项目中正确的、合理的使用起动技术,从而提高运动员的出发水平。
