我国水利水电工程采用锥形阀作为放水设备,据知比较早的有山西省汾河水库的φ2.2米(水头53米)的锥型阀,在一九六○年已安装使用。我省在中小型水利水电工程上,也有不少采用,例如汕头地区于一九五八年已采用了φ0.8米布置成45°斜放的铸铁锥型阀。根据不完全统计,截至最近,我省水利水电工程上使用的锥型阀,约有32宗,共35台(表1)。运行时数,有些已达20,000小时,是中小型水利水电工程上一种比较理想的放水设备,其大致结构见图1。
Water conservancy and hydropower projects in our country use conical valves as the drainage equipment. It is known that the conical valve of φ2.2m (head 53m) with the earlier Fenhe Reservoir in Shanxi Province has been installed and used in 1960. In our province, many small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects are also used. For example, the Shantou area adopted a φ0.8 meter cast iron conical valve arranged in a 45 ° oblique angle in 1958. According to incomplete statistics, as of recently, there are about 32 cone valves used in water conservancy and hydropower projects in our province, totaling 35 (Table 1). The number of operating hours, some of which have reached 20,000 hours, is an ideal water-diversion equipment for small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects. Its general structure is shown in Figure 1.
