医院工会作为在中国共产党领导下的医护员工自愿结合的群众组织,是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带。当下,面对新形势下医院改革的新任务、新要求,医院工会如何在围绕油田总医院中心工作履行工会职能。要求我们从新的角度探究和思考工会在医院管理中的内在规律,从而加强和改进工会工作,以此促进医院在新环境下适应新形势的需要。
As a mass organization voluntarily joined by health care workers under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the hospital union is the bridge and link between the party and the workers and the masses. At present, in the face of the new tasks and new requirements of the hospital reform under the new situation, how the hospital unions perform the functions of trade unions around the work of the oilfield general hospital center. It requires us to explore and reflect the inherent law of trade unions in hospital management from a new perspective, so as to strengthen and improve the work of trade unions so as to promote the hospital to adapt to the new situation in the new environment.
