思想政治工作与企业文化建设既有区别,又有联系,二者是辩证统一的关系。思想政治工作能够保证企业文化建设的发展方向,企业文化建设是新时期企业思想政治工作的新载体,二者在和谐社会建设过程中相得益彰。新时期可以通过培育企业精神、打造企业形象、优化企业环境等途径来实现企业文化建设和企业思想政治工作的统一。
The ideological and political work and the construction of enterprise culture have both distinction and connection, and the two are in a dialectical and unified relationship. Ideological and political work can guarantee the development direction of corporate culture construction. Corporate culture construction is a new carrier of ideological and political work in the new era. Both of them complement each other in the process of building a harmonious society.
