由于受到空间和工况的限制,某自升式平台抬升系统的行星传动无法满足大扭矩输出的设计要求。运用SolidWorks和ABAQUS完成该抬升系统行星传动的模型建立,采用有限元法分析该行星机构中行星轮与内齿圈在试验载荷下的齿根弯曲应力特性,得到了齿根弯曲应力分布图,通过与理论结果对比分析可知,建立合适的边界和载荷条件,ABAQUS可以准确完成行星机构的受力特性分析。此研究对类似问题的研究具有重要的实用价值和指导作用。
Due to the limitation of space and working conditions, the planetary transmission of a jack-up platform lifting system can not meet the design requirements of large torque output. SolidWorks and ABAQUS were used to establish the planetary transmission model of the lifting system. Finite element method was used to analyze the tooth root bending stress characteristics of the planetary gear and ring gear under the test load. The tooth root bending stress distribution was obtained by Compared with the theoretical results, we can see that ABAQUS can accurately analyze the force characteristics of the planetary mechanism by establishing suitable boundary and loading conditions. The research on similar issues has important practical value and guiding role.
