目的为了解10年来福建省永定县治理“餐桌污染”、建设食品放心工程的成效,探索建立更加有效的食品污染监管措施,保障食品安全。方法 2012年采集各类市售食品及饮水样品,按照各类食品的相应国家食品卫生标准和《农药安全使用规定》评价卫生质量。结果抽样11类81份样品,检测结果超标样品14份,超标率17.3%;蔬菜和茶叶中检测出4种类型的农药残留,国家禁用的农药未检出;市政供水末梢水、桶装矿泉水、熟肉制品微生物检出率分别为50%、25%和50%。结论 2012年永定县大部分食品污染物的含量在国家标准范围内,但是农产品有农药残留检出,部分饮用水和食品中检出微生物。
Objective To understand the effectiveness of food safety project in Yongding County, Fujian Province in the past 10 years and to establish more effective food pollution control measures to ensure food safety. Methods In 2012, various kinds of commercially available food and drinking water samples were collected, and the quality of health was evaluated according to the corresponding national food hygiene standards and the Regulations on the Safe Use of Pesticides for all kinds of food. Results Eighty-one samples from 11 categories were collected, of which 14 samples exceeded the standard. The exceeding standard rate was 17.3%. Four types of pesticide residues were detected in vegetables and tea. Pesticide residues were not detected in the country. Municipal water supply, bottled mineral water , And that of cooked meat products was 50%, 25% and 50% respectively. Conclusion Most of the food contaminants in Yongding County were within the national standard in 2012, but pesticide residues were detected in agricultural products, and some microbes were detected in drinking water and foodstuffs.
