目的了解无锡市惠山区各级医疗机构医院消毒质量,为提高医院感染控制水平,制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用抽样监测的方法对惠山区26家医疗卫生机构消毒灭菌质量进行监测。结果 2010—2011年监测样本共664份,合格率88.10%,其中空气样本合格率最低为46.77%,其余样本合格率均为95.00%以上。结论惠山区医院消毒质量整体较好,但个别项目合格率较低,应有针对性地加强管理和监督。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in hospitals of medical institutions at all levels in Huishan District of Wuxi City and provide scientific basis for improving the level of hospital infection control and making prevention and control measures. Methods The sampling and monitoring methods were used to monitor the quality of disinfection and sterilization in 26 medical and health institutions in Huishan District. Results A total of 664 monitoring samples were obtained during 2010-2011, with a passing rate of 88.10%. The lowest passing rate of air samples was 46.77%, and the remaining passing rates of samples were above 95.00%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in Huishan District Hospital is good, but the qualified rate of individual items is relatively low. Management and supervision should be strengthened in a targeted manner.
