商业、服务业基层门店经理培训、统考工作从1985年初到1986年底,历时两年时间,现已结束。全市40岁以下基层门店经理约7000名,其中4772名参加了脱产两个半月的系统培训,学习了《三中全会以来党的方针政策》和《商业企业管理》(《饮食服务业企业管理》)两门课程,4447人取得了《北京市商业基层企业经理统考合格证书》。这次培训使广大基层经理的素质普遍得到提高,对商业服务业改革的顺利发展,起了一定的保证作用。
