例1,患儿,男,3个半月。阵发性咳嗽伴吸气性呼吸困难3天,阵发性抽搐1天。青霉素治疗3天无效,以“小儿肺炎,中毒性脑病”入我院。对症治疗第二天出现声音嘶哑、呛乳,请我科会诊。患儿口唇发绀,Ⅲ°吸气性呼吸困难。X线检查双肺纹理重。行直接喉镜检查,从声门取出一块不规则花生壳,术后症状消失,2天后痊愈出院。例2.患儿,女,3月。吸气性呼吸困难4天,声音嘶哑1天。按急性喉炎治疗3天无效入院。Ⅱ°吸气性呼吸困难,双肺有哮鸣音。X线检
