为提高角膜散光患者的视力，对手术源性和非手术源性角膜散光１２只眼行松解性角膜切开治疗。术后４个月，８只眼裸眼视力提高，１１只眼散光度较术前下降，平均为２．８０Ｄ。１例穿透性角膜移植术后患者，松解术后切口板层裂开，散光增大。观察结果提示，该手术治疗散光具有较好的效果，方法也较简单，但预测性较差，应在器械、设备齐全的前提下，慎重开展。
To improve visual acuity in patients with corneal astigmatism, 12 patients with both surgical and non-surgical corneal astigmatism were treated with the release of corneal incision. At 4 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity of 8 eyes increased and the astigmatism of 11 eyes decreased compared with preoperative, with an average of 2.80D. One case of penetrating keratoplasty patients, after incision laminectomy incision, astigmatism increased.
