教师的主导作用是使教学过程能够高效率进行的保证,学生的主动探索是学习取得成功的基本条件。本文从导读、导思、导能、导向四方面阐明了化学教学中教师的“主导”与学生能力的培养。
The leading role of teachers is to ensure that the teaching process can be carried out efficiently. The active exploration of students is the basic condition for learning success. This paper clarifies the teacher ’s “lead ” and the student ’ s ability training in chemistry teaching from four aspects: guide reading, guide thinking, guiding ability and guiding.
