近年来,随着各项医改政策的颁布实施,人们对大型医院的要求日趋提升,在保证医疗水平不断提高、科研能力不断创新的同时,提高医院管理水平和控制医院管理成本成为了医院竞争优势的核心点[1]。本文探讨了医疗器械管理的特点,指出了医疗器械管理的重点在于人才的引进与培养,如何制定行之有效的医疗设备购置计划是医疗器械管理难点所在,购置计划的制定应该从多角度、多层次进行论证,充分考量影响因素,使引进设备的投资回报率最大化。最后得出了医疗器械管理应管理与技术统筹兼顾、共同发展的结论,提出了在人才培养与效益论证分析上下大力度建设的新思路。
