目的食管癌是我国的常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重影响患者的生命和生存质量,本文研究了食管癌切除术后患者远期生存的生存质量及其影响因素。方法对行食管癌手术治疗、术后生存5年以上的105例患者,通过门诊随访、信访、电话访问、下乡走访等方式进行生存质量问卷调查,记录患者主观生存质量感受及手术分期、术后病理分期等,完成本次调查的病例共计72例(72/105,68.6%),将调查结果与这些患者术前状况进行比较。结果患者术后在吞咽、饮食、精神状态、睡眠质量方面与术前相比有明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论食管癌切除术后生存超过5年的患者的总的生存质量较为满意,显示手术治疗未对患者的远期生存质量产生严重负面影响,手术治疗对于患者的生存质量影响较小。
Objective Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in our country, which seriously affects the life and quality of life of patients. This study investigated the long-term survival of patients with esophageal cancer after resection and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 105 patients who underwent surgery for esophageal cancer who survived more than 5 years postoperatively were asked to conduct a questionnaire survey on quality of life through outpatient follow-up, petition, telephone interview and visit to the countryside. The subjective quality of life and staging of the patients were recorded. After the pathological staging, the completion of this survey a total of 72 cases (72 / 105,68.6%), the findings compared with the preoperative status of these patients. Results The postoperative patients’ swallowing, diet, mental status and quality of sleep were significantly improved compared with that before operation, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The overall quality of life of patients who survived more than 5 years after resection of esophageal cancer is more satisfactory, which shows that the operation has not had a serious negative impact on the long-term quality of life of the patients and the operation has little effect on the quality of life of the patients.
