本文推导了液控单向阀的控制压力特性方程、进油和回油回路机械特性方程。由此得到了锁紧可靠性,增压特性和空载控制压力特性等计算结果。从性能和设计上对阀及系统进行了计算分析;指出了阀的正确选用必须和系统参数与执行机构几何参数相匹配。
This paper deduces the governing pressure characteristic equation of the pilot operated check valve and the mechanical characteristic equation of the oil inlet and return circuit. The results of the calculation of locking reliability, supercharging characteristics and no-load control pressure characteristics are obtained. From the performance and design of the valve and the system were calculated and analyzed; pointed out that the correct choice of valve and the system parameters must be matched with the geometric parameters of the implementing agencies.
