复印机感光鼓用铝鼓基属高精度铝合金管.本文介绍了采用挤压管坯,经分层错距旋压制造铝鼓基的可行工艺.采用不同的退火和形变热处理工艺,有效地保证了6063铝鼓基的尺寸精度和机械性能.通过对施压工艺研究,确定了铝鼓基族压的最佳工艺参数:轴向错距量2.5mm,径向错距量0.4mm.旅轮趋进角分别为3°,15°和25°,道次减薄率20%~30%,送给比为0.7~0.9.
Photocopier drum with aluminum drum is a high-precision aluminum alloy tube. This article describes the feasibility of using extruded tube blanks to create an aluminum drum base by means of layering and offset spinning. Using different annealing and deformation heat treatment process, effectively guarantee the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum drum base. Through the study of pressure process, the optimum process parameters of aluminum drum basic pressure were determined: axial misalignment amount 2.5mm, radial misalignment amount 0.4mm. Traveling into the corner angle of 3 °, 15 ° and 25 °, respectively, the pass reduction rate of 20% to 30%, giving a ratio of 0.7 to 0.9.
