目的:探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术后粘连发生的预防及治疗。方法:回顾性分析420例(583侧)鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者的临床资料。结果:粘连发生率9.05%;各粘连类型按发生率高低依次为中鼻甲与鼻腔外侧壁粘连、筛窦腔粘连闭塞、中鼻甲与鼻中隔粘连、下鼻甲与鼻中隔粘连,未见中鼻甲与下鼻甲粘连。结论:鼻内镜鼻窦术后粘连发生率高,提高手术技巧,正确处理中鼻甲,按时随访和及时解除早期早期粘连是减少持久粘连发生的关键。
Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment of adhesion after nasal endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 420 patients (583 sides) undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of adhesion was 9.05%. The types of adhesions were as follows: middle turbinate and outer nasal wall adhesion, occlusion of ethmoid sinus cavity, middle turbinate and nasal septum adhesion, inferior turbinate and nasal septum adhesion, no middle turbinate and inferior turbinate Adhesion. CONCLUSION: The high incidence of adhesion after endoscopic sinus surgery can improve the surgical skills and correct handling of the middle turbinate. Timely follow-up and timely removal of early early adhesions are the key to reducing persistent adhesions.
