为了适应社会对职业人才的需要,职业教育必须从以知识教学为主向以能力培养为主转变。那么中专学校如何实现这一以能力培养为本位的教学转变呢? (1)在教学观念上,必须把培养目标转移到能力本位上来。教学思想观念的转变是一个根本性的转变,要使学校培养目标得到转变,关键首先是教学观念上的转变。而观念上的转变重要的是学校领导和教师的观念转交。只有学校领导和教师在教学观念和意识上转变了,才能指导学校整个教学过程的行动向能力培养转交。 (2)要有一支能适应教育、培养目标转变的高素
In order to meet the needs of the community for vocational professionals, vocational education must change from the teaching of knowledge to the cultivation of ability.
