农作物分子及细胞生物学重点开放实验室系农业部1992年第二轮重点开放实验室评审命名,是在1990年农业部首批公布的“农作物细胞生物学实验室”的基础上建立的,1996年经农业部评估再次被命名为第三轮(1996～2000)部重点实验室。实验室依托单位为中国农业科学院生物技术研究中心。实验室拥有一批知名度较高的学科带头人和一支训练有素、多学科配合、以中青年科技人员为主的研究队伍。实验室固定人员中有高级职称的10人,获博士学位的有7人。实验室实行“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的运行机制。以承担国家863计划课题、国家自然科学基金课题、攀登计划课题、农业部生物技术重点课题及国际合作项目为主,并设立了实验室开放课题基金,发放指南,公开招标。
The Key Laboratory of Crop Molecular and Cellular Biology was named after the Ministry of Agriculture’s second round of key open laboratory accreditation in 1992 and was first established by the Ministry of Agriculture in 1990 on the basis of the Crop Cell Biology Laboratory In 1996, the evaluation by the Ministry of Agriculture was once again named the third round of (1996 ~ 2000) Ministry of key laboratories. Laboratory has a group of well-known academic leaders and a well-trained, multi-disciplinary, young and middle-aged scientific and technical personnel based research team. 10 laborers with senior professional titles and 7 doctoral degree holders. Laboratory implementation “open, mobile, united, competitive ” operating mechanism. In order to undertake the national 863 project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the project of climbing plan, the Ministry of Agriculture key projects of biotechnology and international cooperation projects, and set up a laboratory open task fund, release guidelines, open bidding.
