教学工作和学生管理两张皮现象在高校当中已经非常普遍,越来越多的教育工作者已经意识到教学与管理是相互依存、相互促进的关系,所谓教离不开管,管离不开教,如何将教学工作和学生管理融合为一体,实现教管一体化,是所有高校教育工作者所面临的问题。而在大学生的学业当中,英语学习无疑成为了高校学风建设的一个难点,为此,北京农学院制定了《大学英语教学质量提高工程实施方案》来促进学校英语教学水平的提高。本文以北京农学院为例,以促进英语学风为方向,化难点为突破点,积极探索教管结合促学风的措施。

Therefore, Beijing Agricultural College has formulated “Implementation Plan of Improving College English Teaching Quality” to promote the improvement of English teaching in schools. Taking Beijing Agricultural College as an example, this paper takes the promotion of English learning style as the direction and the difficult point as a breakthrough point, and actively explores the measures of combining teaching and learning to promote the study of the wind.
