以热研7-33-97橡胶嫁接苗为材料,通过盆栽试验测定了营养根可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,研究了不同施磷浓度对橡胶幼苗根系碳氮代谢的影响。结果表明:在缺磷和少磷(0、500mgkg-1)条件下,橡胶幼苗营养根SSC、SPC含量高,根系生长快,反映敏感;大于500mgkg-1磷浓度处理,根系SSC、SPC变化不大。在不同的物候期中,成熟期、抽生期和古铜期,根系生长稳定,C/N低;淡绿期和稳定期根系生长受抑制,C/N高。
Taking hot grinding 7-33-97 rubber grafted seedlings as material, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in nutrient root were determined by pot experiment, and the effects of phosphorus concentration on carbon and nitrogen metabolism in root of rubber seedling were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of phosphorus deficiency and phosphorus deficiency (0, 500 mg kg-1), the content of SSC and SPC in root of rubber seedlings was high and the root growth was rapid and sensitive. When the concentration of phosphorus was higher than 500 mg kg-1, SSC and SPC of root Big. In different phenophase, maturity, pumping period and bronze, the root growth was stable, C / N low; light green and stable root growth inhibition, C / N high.
