根据杨扇舟蛾颗粒体病毒(Clostera anachoreta Granulovirus,ClanGV)的全基因组序列,分析其基因组含有3个杆状病毒成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)的同源ORFs。通过生物信息学软件及在线工具对ClanGV-FGFs进行了分析,包括同源性、一级结构、二级结构和进化分析等。分析结果显示,测序得到的3个ClanGV-FGFs转录方向不同,但都属于病毒转录早期基因;三者同源性相差较大;进化分析显示,ClanGV-FGF-3和NPV的FGFs进化关系较近,而ClanGV-FGF-1和ClanGV-FGF-2则与其它GV相应的FGF进化关系更近。
According to the whole genome sequence of Clostera anachoreta Granulovirus (ClanGV), homologous ORFs whose genome contains three baculovirus fibroblast growth factor (FGF) were analyzed. ClanGV-FGFs were analyzed by bioinformatics software and online tools, including homology, primary structure, secondary structure and evolutionary analysis. The results showed that the three ClanGV-FGFs were sequenced in different transcription directions, but they all belonged to the early genes of virus transcription. The homologies of the three strains were quite different. The evolutionary analysis showed that the relationship between ClanGV-FGF-3 and FVs in NPV was close , Whereas ClanGV-FGF-1 and ClanGV-FGF-2 are more closely related to FGFs corresponding to other GVs.
