1997年12月,丽江古城根据文化遗产遴选标准被列入《世界遗产名录》,其文化价值引起世人瞩目。但是随着旅游开发的进行,古城遭到了一定程度的破坏,在2008年1月被世界文化遗产专家亮了黄牌。因此,古城的保护成为人们关注的焦点。笔者以为,古城保护的根本要素在于保护的理念、体制和机制,收取古维费无法真正加强对丽江古城的保护,笔者反对征收古维费。
In December 1997, the ancient city of Lijiang was listed in the “World Heritage List” according to the selection criteria of cultural heritage, and its cultural value attracted worldwide attention. However, with the development of tourism, the ancient city has been destroyed to a certain extent, and in January 2008 it was booked by World Cultural Heritage experts. Therefore, the protection of the ancient city has become the focus of attention. The author believes that the protection of the ancient city is the fundamental element of the concept of protection, institutions and mechanisms to collect ancient Wei fee can not really strengthen the protection of the ancient city of Lijiang, I oppose the collection of ancient Wei fee.
