采用有限元数值模拟技术，分析了１２Ｖ２４０ 机车曲轴坯的感应电加热制度。按照镦锻工艺的要求，提出了改进的加热制度，为实际生产应用提供了依据和参考。
Using finite element numerical simulation technology, the induction heating system of the crankshaft blanks of 12V240 locomotive is analyzed. According to the requirements of upsetting process, an improved heating system is proposed, which provides the basis and reference for practical production and application.
