点焊机上的QCr0.5Mg0.2Al0.1青铜电极,要求具有较高的硬度、耐热、导电性好、使用寿命长等性能。原热处理工艺陈旧,使用寿命不够理想,一对电极,点焊1mm厚的A_3钢板,寿命只达15000~20000个焊点。我们查阅了有关参考资料,经过多次试验后,采用如下固溶淬火—时效热处理工艺,获得比较满意的效果。经铸锭并热锻的φ32×300mm棒材,在1040±10℃加热35~40min后,升温至1060±10℃,淬入<25℃的
