将20例上颌原发恶性肿瘤需行上颌骨全切除和上颌骨次全切除的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,比较二组术中失血情况。结果发现:在上颌骨全切除术中对照组(结扎颌内动脉后施术)平均失血量628ml,输血量840ml;实验组(颌内动脉插管注入明胶海绵栓塞后施术)分别为216ml和440ml。上颌骨次全切除术中,对照组平均失血量为529ml,输血量720ml;实验组分别为208ml和360ml(P<0.01)。实验组未见明显副作用和并发症。
Twenty patients with maxillary primary malignant tumors who underwent total maxillary resection and maxillofacial resection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and blood loss in the two groups was compared. The results showed that: in the maxillary total resection in the control group (ligation of the internal carotid artery after surgery) the average blood loss of 628ml, blood transfusion volume of 840ml; experimental group (intra-articular injection of gelatin sponge embolization) were 216ml and 440ml. During subtotal maxillofacial resection, the mean blood loss in the control group was 529 ml and blood transfusion volume was 720 ml. The experimental groups were 208 ml and 360 ml respectively (P <0.01). The experimental group showed no obvious side effects and complications.
