本文首先基于DEA-Malmquist方法测算了2000年以来我国省际电力能源利用效率及其变动指数,然后检验了省际电力能源利用效率的收敛性。研究表明:我国电力利用技术效率总体呈上升趋势,但效率整体水平仍不高;电力利用纯技术效率总体上呈现出先升再降的弧形态势;东、中、西部地区电力利用技术效率和纯技术效率水平总体上东高西低;规模效率的提高是电力利用效率提高的主要原因。绝对—收敛检验显示,在长期中,我国地区间的电力利用效率总体差距逐步缩小,呈现出显著的收敛性。“,”By using the panel data of China provinces in 2000-2007,this paper calculates and decomposes the electricity use efficiency of China based on DEA-Malmlquist method,and then tests the convergence of China's regional electricity use efficiency.The study shows the electricity use technical efficiency of China takes on upward tendency,but the overall level remains low;The technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency levels of electricity use decrease gradually from east to west as trapezoid;The pure technical efficiency of electricity use shows the shape of arc,firstly ascending and then descending;The rate of technological progress is the main reason restraining the rapid growth of electricity efficiency.The scale efficiency has a larger contribution to the progress of electricity use technical efficiency,and that the pure technical efficiency promotes the progress of technology efficiency in the east and middle,while restrains that of in the west.The estimation of absolute β convergence model displays that overall regional disparity of electricity use efficiency is becoming narrow gradually.
