随着卫生改革的深入发展,卫生防疫站的改革也在不断的深入。近年来,我区为了更好地提高卫生防疫工作管理水平和效率,在落实岗位责任制的基础上,引入了目标管理这个现代化科学管理方法,结合基层防疫站工作的性质、特点和任务,进行了探索和实践,收到了较好的效果。防疫站长期以来实行的是计划管理,根据上级卫生部门和防疫站的要求提出年度工作计划和各种防疫任务,在此基础上制定科室工作计划和各落实措施,年底进行全年工作总结。在计划管理中,虽然计划性较强,但弊病较多,强调了计划性,缺乏实现计划的目标化,实现计划的措施
