先进制造业的“先进性”主要体现在研发能力高端、生产技术先进、生产效率高效、产品附加值和科技含量高、资源消耗少,然而当前海峡西岸经济区制造业离先进制造业仍存在较大的差距。为此,海峡西岸经济区科技服务业的发展要以提升制造业的生产效率、附加值、科技含量为目标,只有这样才能推动区域制造业向先进制造业发展。
