随着中国经济的快速发展以及全球化进程的日益加快。旅游业特别是对外旅游业已经成为一项我国非常重要的产业。作为旅游业中极为重要的一环:酒店行业也因此发展迅速,对于高素质的酒店工作人员的需求量也急剧提升。在这种背景下,作为酒店工作人员重要来源的高职酒店专业的教学特别是英语教学显得尤为重要,本文将以成都某学院为例,对酒店专业教学中的英语教学现状进行分析,并提出相应的对策。
