新媒体时代的来临使学校德育面临着巨大的挑战:德育影响的方式即时化、快餐化,德育内容碎片化,直接影响到德育的成效,造成学生在价值选择上的迷惘和价值取向中的紊乱。因此,需要将传统德育的线上传输与新媒体的线下实践相结合,尊重德育主体需求的多元化、差异化;实现德育实施平台的多样化、个体化;关注德育内容的可选择性;提升教师的参与性,在引领学生的同时实现自我反思和成长,与学生一路相伴,一起成为更好的人。
