尽管帕金森病长期使用以左旋多巴为主的药物替代治疗作为目前治疗的金标准 ,但是现有的治疗措施均不能有效阻止乃至减慢疾病的进展。对帕金森病的发病机制和神经元保护性治疗的深入研究 ,必将为选择合适的神经元保护剂、制定合理的治疗方案进而阻止病情的恶化奠定理论基础。
Although long-term use of drug replacement therapy based on levodopa in Parkinson’s disease is the gold standard of current treatment, none of the existing treatment measures can effectively prevent or even slow the progress of the disease. The in-depth study of the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease and neuroprotective therapies will surely lay the theoretical foundation for choosing suitable neuroprotective agents, formulating reasonable treatment plans and preventing the progression of the disease.
