实验性动脉粥样硬化模型的建立,对开展冠心病的研究具有重要意义。本实验用含2%的胆固醇饲草喂养纯种新西兰家兔,记录动物体重、胆固醇摄入量,采用自身对比的方法观察用药前、中、后血脂浓度总胆固醇CT,游离胆固醇FCH,甘油三脂TG及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C)的变化及主动脉粥样斑块形成的情况,探讨血脂与动脉粥样硬化形成的关系,探索建立动脉硬化动物模型的经验,为临床防治冠心病的研究提供条件。
The establishment of experimental atherosclerosis model is of great significance for the study of coronary heart disease.
