矿业权的法律属性一直以来都是法律界探讨的话题之一,形成了几种有代表性的观点。通过几种代表性观点进行介绍,并对矿业权应属准用益物权的法律属性进行详细阐述,引申出我国矿业权立法模式的问题与建议。
