目的 :探讨妊高征时胎儿肾动脉血流参数及其与微循环改变的关系。 材料与方法 :彩色多普勒血流显像测量38例正常孕妇及 33例妊高征孕妇的胎儿肾动脉血流参数 ,温氏法测量红细胞压积 ,观察球结膜循环的变化。结果 :正常组与妊高征组的胎儿肾动脉血流参数红细胞压积 ,球结膜循环的变化均存在着较显著的差异。结论 :妊高征患者病情轻、重与胎儿肾动脉血流参数及血液流变性和微循环障碍是同步的。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between fetal renal artery blood flow parameters and microcirculation during pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). MATERIAL AND METHODS: Fetal renal artery blood flow parameters were measured in 38 normal pregnant women and 33 pregnant women with PIH by color Doppler flow imaging. The hematocrit was measured by Winchester method and the changes of conjunctival circulation were observed. Results: There were significant differences in the change of hematocrit and conjunctival circulation between the normal group and the PIH group. CONCLUSION: Patients with PIH are mild and severe with fetal renal artery blood flow parameters and hemorrheological and microcirculatory disturbances.
