从1995年下半年我省部署开展“学邯钢、降成本、强管理、增效益”活动以来,特别是当年10月省纺织厅在内江召开学邯钢工作会议后,我厂作为全省纺织行业学邯钢示范企业,开展了大量扎实而有效的工作。从1996年4月1日我厂全面实施邯钢经验后,4、5两个月的实际成本与去年同期相比,原材料成本下降56.76万元,能源和物料消耗、土建费用、旅差费等工费成本下降98.29万元,取得了可喜的成绩。以下是我们的一些作法: 一、领导高度重视,狠抓组织落实。我们借助我省纺织行业学邯钢会议在内江市召开的东风,成立了以厂长
Since the province’s deployment of the “Student’s Steel, Cost Reduction, Strong Management, and Increased Benefits” campaign in the second half of 1995, especially after the Provincial Textile Office convened the “Shaoqi Steel” working conference in Neijiang in October of the same year, our factory was the province’s textile industry. The industry-based Shaogang model enterprise has carried out a lot of solid and effective work. From April 1, 1996, after our factory fully implemented the experience of Handan Iron & Steel, the actual costs in the fourth and fifth months compared with the same period of last year, raw material costs decreased by 576,600 yuan, energy and materials consumption, construction costs, travel expenses, etc. The cost of labor costs dropped by 980,900 yuan and achieved encouraging results. The following are some of our practices: First, the leadership attaches great importance to pay close attention to organizational implementation. We set up a factory director with the aid of Dongfeng, which was held in Neijiang City, the province’s textile industry learning Shaoguan Steel Conference.
