高职院校承担着技术技能型人才培养的任务,应凸显高等性、职业性和教育性,三者不可偏废。在既定办学体制下,准确定位和特色发展的同时,须主动转变办学理念,确立素质教育思想,紧抓学生四维素质即专业素质、职业素质、人文素质和身心素质,才能促进人与社会的双重发展。高职院校基于校情可从专业模块教学、校企合作育人、通识课程和身心教育方面着手,改革教育教学中的不足,全面培养学生四维素质。
