为了进一步提高产品的产量和质量,我厂自行设计和制造了一台转向节壳三面16孔钻床,经调试正式投入生产。目前班产可达100个。这台机床体积小(外形尺寸1600×1100×1050毫米)操作方便(图1)。这台钻床由床身、三个动力头和夹具组成(图2)。动力头采用1.1千瓦电动机,经减速传到钻杆。动力头5为10孔钻(φ5:8个,φ6.8:2个),转速为500转/分,动力头6为4孔钻(φ8.5)转速为400转/分,动力头1为2孔钻(φ10.1),转速也是400转/分。
