目的 :对斜萼草的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法 :柱色谱技术分离 ;MS ,1HNMR ,13CNMR以及 2D NMR方法鉴定结构。结果 :从全草中分离鉴定出 3个化合物 poliothrysoside ,棕榈酸 ,酪氨酸和 1个 β 谷甾醇与豆甾醇的混合物。结论 :首次报道该植物的化学成分
Objective : To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Herba. Methods : Separation by column chromatography; MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and 2D NMR methods were used to identify the structures. RESULTS: Three compounds poliothrysoside, palmitic acid, tyrosine and a mixture of β-sitosterol and stigmasterol were isolated and identified from whole plant.
