目前,我国正处在社会的转型期,多种文化观念和文化标准相互冲撞,给学校德育工作带来了难题。当前,一些青年学生在世界观、人生观、价值观发生错位和扭曲,在思想、道德、心理等方面出现一系列不容忽视的问题,主要表现为理想追求淡漠化、身心素质弱、享受意识强、迷网废学等失范的行为。我们认为,班级作为学校文化的一个重要载体,是主要施教阵地,对青少年德育发展起至关重要作用。加强对班级文化建设,增强班级凝聚力,创建充满和谐文化氛围环境,能够培养学生高尚健全的人格,从而促进学生的全面发展。
