通过悬浮聚合制备了丙烯酰胺 -丙烯腈 -二乙烯基苯三元共聚物以及丙烯腈 -二乙烯基苯二元共聚物。讨论了三元共聚物中丙烯酰胺与丙烯睛摩尔比对载体性能的影响。以载体对牛血清蛋白 (BSA)的结合量来确定三元共聚物的最佳摩尔比。研究了交联度对聚丙烯腈二元共聚物性能的影响 ,同时对聚丙烯酸 ,聚丙烯腈 ,聚丙烯酸酯类载体性能优劣进行了比较
Acrylamide-acrylonitrile-divinylbenzene terpolymer and acrylonitrile-divinylbenzene copolymer were prepared by suspension polymerization. The influence of molar ratio of acrylamide to acrylonitrile on the performance of the terpolymer was discussed. The optimal molar ratio of terpolymer was determined by the amount of carrier bound to bovine serum albumin (BSA). The effect of crosslinking degree on the properties of polyacrylonitrile binary copolymer was studied. Meanwhile, the performances of polyacrylic acid, polyacrylonitrile and polyacrylate carrier were compared
