因为一篇报道涉及辽宁省铁岭市西丰县县委主要领导,西丰县公安局竟以“涉嫌诽谤罪”为由,对采写报道的《法制日报》记者朱文娜进行立案调查。1月4日,西丰县公安局多名干警赶到法制日报社对该记者进行拘传,未果。(1月7日《中国青年报》)。此后,西丰县公安局又正式撤销立案、撤销拘传。至于撤销原因,公安局局长的原话是“认为不妥”。(新华网1月9日)
