本文研究了pH对红鳍东方鲀消化道和肝胰脏中蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力的影响。结果表明:红鳍东方鲀前肠蛋白酶和淀粉酶最适pH分别为:5.4和5.0;中肠蛋白酶和淀粉酶的最适pH分别为:8.7和7.0;后肠蛋白酶和淀粉酶的最适pH分别为:6.5和7.0;肝胰脏蛋白酶和淀粉酶的最适pH均为7.0;肠和肝胰脏的脂肪酶的最适pH均为7.0。
In this paper, the effects of pH on the activities of protease, amylase and lipase in the digestive tract and hepatopancreas of C. elegans were studied. The results showed that the optimum pH values of amoebae and amylase were 5.4 and 5.0, respectively. The optimum pH values of midgut protease and amylase were 8.7 and 7.0, respectively. The optimum pH values of gut enzymes and amylase Respectively: 6.5 and 7.0; the optimum pH of protease and amylase of hepatopancreas were 7.0; the optimum pH of lipase of intestine and hepatopancreas were both 7.0.
