自从教学通报去年一月号发表了林平駟同志创造的快速乘除計算图以后,多位数的加減乘除是可以在算图上来进行了,但是还不能进行一般性的乘方、开方、我受了林平駟同志的启发,进一步应用他所用的多綫段基点法,試制了一种乘方开方的快速計算图,特提出来请同志們指正。这种乘方开方快速計算图的特点是:1.速度快:算一个答数是四、五位的高次乘方开方题,只要把直线尺一摆就能讀出答案。2.簡单易学:只要十几分钟就可学会。3.精确度高:求任何数的乘方开方都可达到有五位有效数字准确度,誤差小于万分之一。4.成本低:如果大量印制,每张只要几分钱。这种乘方开方快速計算图由一条直线尺和一张算图构成。直线尺全长六十厘米,只要有一条显著的直线卽可(用一条漆包线,细铜丝,甚至细长的馬鬃来代
