1在创作《月光》的第一乐章时,贝多芬已经发现自己患有耳疾,听觉严重衰退已有三年之久。乐曲中的叹息,正表现了贝多芬在这一时期的孤独和悲伤。同样是描写月光,法国作曲家德彪西的《月光》则抓住了月亮柔美、朦胧的特点。作为印象派音乐的鼻祖,德彪西于1890年开始创作《贝加摩组曲》,《月光》是其中的第一首。此曲的灵感源于象征主义诗人魏尔伦的同名诗篇,在原诗的描绘中,几个已故舞人在月光下跳着魔鬼般的舞蹈。不过,德彪西的《月光》着重于描绘月光的美丽与神秘。

The sigh in the music is a manifestation of Beethoven’s loneliness and sadness during this period. Also describing the moonlight, the French Moonlight by Debussy, the composer of France, grasped the characteristics of the moon’s softness and jealousy. As the earliest ancestor of Impressionism music, Debussy wrote the “Bergamo Suite” in 1890. Moonlight was the first of its kind. The song was inspired by the poetry of the same name of the symbolist poet Wei Lunlun. In the depiction of the original poetry, several deceased dancers danced like a devil in the moonlight. However, Debussy’s “Moonlight” focuses on depicting the beauty and mystery of moonlight.
