早白蜜是我们1989年以幸水作母本、火把作父本杂交育成的梨树早中熟优质新品种。果实卵圆形,平均单果重250.0 g,最大单果重350.0 g;果皮绿黄色,果点小而疏,果面无果锈;果肉乳白色,肉质细、酥脆,石细胞极少,风味甜,无涩味,品质上等;可溶性固形物含量12.80%,可溶性糖含量8.80%,可滴定酸含量0.29%;冷藏条件下,可贮藏2~3个月;在河南省郑州,果实8月上旬成熟;可在我国南方及中部地区推广。2009年12月通过云南省林木品种审定委员会审定。
