针对山西焦化集团有限公司35t/h煤粉锅炉在实际运行中存在的过热蒸汽超温、炉膛结焦、飞灰含碳量高等问题，对现场进行了调查研究、原因分析，并利用锅炉大检修机会，对燃烧器作了相应技术改进，运行效果良好。
