ABS塑料是产品模型制作的重要材料之一,本文介绍了ABS塑料的特性,相应的模型制作工具和模型制作工艺过程中六个重要技术环节的操作方法,笔者根据多年的教学实践和实际操作经验,重点归纳出ABS产品压模过程中两种常用的阴、阳模具的制作技术。为学生学习ABS产品模型制作、模型教师教学、模型爱好者研究ABS产品模型制作工艺提供有价值的参考材料,为进一步提高模型制作水平做出了大量的积累和有意义的尝试。
ABS plastic is one of the important materials for product model making. This paper introduces the characteristics of ABS plastic, the corresponding model making tools and the operation of the six important technical aspects of the model making process. Based on many years of teaching practice and practical experience , Focusing on the production of two commonly used yin and yang molds in the process of stamping ABS products. It provides a valuable reference material for students to study ABS product model making, model teacher teaching and model lovers’ study on ABS product model making process, which makes a lot of accumulation and meaningful attempt to further improve the model making level.
