我院于1994年8月.创建爱婴医院,时至现在2年多,经临床观察发现,在操作中存在着不足之处,现浅谈一下临床需注意的几个问题.生后30分钟内婴儿与母亲皮肤接处30分钟,笔者在临床发现,由于婴儿哭闹,肢体软,婴儿在母亲身上的压迫,加上孕妇分娩的劳累往往接触的时间不够而中途停止,按我们爱婴医院材料统计,下奶率达不到全球标准.由此我们得出结论,婴儿与母亲皮肤接触30分钟内,必须要有医务人员在场,保证婴儿与母亲皮肤接触的时间,同时要婴儿吸吮奶头提高下奶率,靠孕妇来提高我们母乳喂养宣传的可信性.
